Booking Process.

  • Step 1: Initial Inquiry

    It all begins by filling out the inquiry form under “Contact”. Here you will provide me with the details about the trip you’re looking to have planned. Once you fill the form out, I reach out within 48 hours to schedule a conusltation phone call.

  • Step 2: Complimentary Consultation

    This complimentary 15-minute phone call is where I get more of a vibe of what you’re looking for. I will also share with you my services and what next steps are, so that you can decide if you’d like to move forward with my services or not.

  • Step 3: Planning Fee Payment

    After our phone call, if you’d like to move forward, you will pay the non-refundable $50 travel planning fee (per room). This fee reflects the time, expertise, and personalized care dedicated to crafting your ideal trip. It covers comprehensive research, detailed planning, and itinerary customization, as well as ongoing support before, during, and after your journey, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.

  • Step 4: Proposals

    Within 48 hours of receiving your planning fee payment, you can expect to receive up to 3 proposed travel packages to review. Once you go through them, you can let me know which one you’d like to move forward with booking, or what changes you want to make.

  • Step 5: Booking Your Trip

    Once you choose the travel package that best fits what you want, we will book your trip. Depending on your travel date, you may be able to book your package with just an initial deposit. I will communicate all costs, and email you a secure payment form where you can input your payment details.

    Note: For group trips, I send out a Group Booking Form, where each person in the group can choose the room type of their choice, and submit their own separate payments (if that is most convenient).

  • Step 6: Additional Payments & Add-Ons

    If you only pay an initial deposit, you will need to pay the remaining balance 45 days before you travel. I’ll send out periodic reminders, and you can submit additional payments at your leisure.

    If you’d like to add additional components to your package such as travel insurance or excursions, I can take care of that for you as well!

  • Step 7: Digital Itinerary

    One week before you depart, you will receive a digital itinerary that will house all the important information for your trip (hotel confirmations, airport transfer instructions, excursions etc.).

  • Step 8: Time to Catch a Flight!

    It’s finally time to fly out! While you are on your trip I am available to provide any support you need.
